Caterina Aliberti

Caterina is part of the litigation and arbitration team and specializes in international dispute resolution, with a focus on energy and construction disputes.

She has assisted clients in arbitrations before the major institutions, such as ICC, ICDR, CAM, LCIA and DIAC. Caterina also sits as arbitrator. Further, Caterina has experience with transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, representing foreign investors in Italy. Caterina has been appointed as ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF) Representative for Europe & Central Asia for the 2024-2026 mandate.
