Francesca Boffa oversees the management of all the corporate and compliance issue of the firm’s clients.

Her experience as internal legal counsel of US companies – with secondary offices in Italy – allowed her to develop specific skills in the management of relationships and disputes with suppliers, clients, advisors, Special Purpose Vehicles and Sub-Servicers, as well as in the organization of her teams of collaborators.

Francesca is a Data Protection Officer appointed in accordance with the provisions of art. 37 of the European Regulation no. 679/2016 and a Privacy Officer and Privacy Consultant (CDP) certified by TUV Italia and she is as expert in matters relating to Anti-Money Laundering and in reporting matters to Centrale Rischi.

Furthermore, Francesca has experience in the management of arbitration and judicial disputes, as well as in the drafting of the main types of contracts applicable in the securitization, commercial and corporate sectors.
